Nou hier dus echt niet alles blijft op 0 staan dus het probleem is zeker nog niet verholpen en inderdaad jammer dat een server deze gebreken heeft zoiets zou niet mogelijk moeten zijn zeker niet bij regelmaat, is trouwens niet als een aanval bedoelt ,

is not on the server but

http://www.xmltvepg....cxmltvbulsat.gz

is ok.

Looks to me like some files are missing.

If its serverspace thats the problem I'm sure we can work something out.

It nice to see how we are hooked on this great EPG feature and some of us immediately start panicing when it is not working

Its not all working as it should.

This was a temp solution which I created when this server problem cropped up the first time.
It was not meant for continuous use.
This site has been cleared from all files now.

I understand but that still whats in my rytec.sources.xml
and I did update this morning and restarted enigma2

I confirm. working again.
TVBlock,
- if you still have rytec.sources.xml.bak :
delete rytec.sources.xml and rename rytec.sources.xml.bak into rytec.sources.xml


- if you dont have rytec.sources.xml.bak :
edit rytec.sources.xml
- change http://home.scarlet.be/epgalfasite/rytecxmltvbenl.gz by http://www.xmltvepg.be/rytecxmltvbulsat.gz

it should work again

maybe we will work it the other way arround and then we only need some webspace where I can upload my files to.
Milo is working on the plugin tool and then with a little change of the sources file we can work things out.

So people who has some webspace left and can give me an ftp login would be great.

Yes, you are right, site is down again.
It seems that they can't manage the problem.

Please use this url www.xmltvepg.isgreat.org in the rytec.sources.xml file for now.

or use the new rytec.sources.xml file in attachement and unzip it to /etc/epgimport

sorry guys I do my best to contact the hostingprovider again but it's weekend again....

Can I put this somewhere in CrossEPG?

There should also be a config file somewhere in your box but do not ask me where because I never used crossepg, but I think my friend Willy has tested crossepg once so maybe he will tell you tomorrowmorning where you will find it.

Since this the backup site is new and still in testing, some errors crept in the mesaage from Rytec.


1. The site to use is http://xmltvepg.isgreat.org
2. I have corrected the rytec.sources.xml (or more correctly - provided mine which I used to test) See attached file. Unzip and place in /etc/epgimport
3. For Crossepg. Find the /usr/crossepg/providers
You will find the config files here. Edit these files (the ones you use) to the example I have given here for the Benelux. (rytec_benelux_xmltv.conf)

channels=http://xmltvepg.isgreat.org/rytec.channels.xml.gz
