i'm running the latest ver 2 beta... just noticed today that the time and date are wrong (currently 4th march 20:52) when the actual is 5th march 16:08??? looks like the box froze last night but that the time has not updated after rebooting (i've just run an update and rebooted twice, but still the wrong time and date)
any suggestions? is it possible to induce a manual time refresh?

i switched to BVN on hotbird and after a few mins the time/date updated to the correct values... wonder if there's a problem with skyuk and/or the oscam softcam interfering with the transponder time signal?

time and date are grabbed from the startup transponder of the channel you startup with
has nothing todo with a softcam
