I would like to be able to add/edit Autotimer recordings form the openwebif.
Any chance of that happening?

I also tested it with XBMC.
Taking a look to xbmc source code i saw it doesn't send username and password for every request. But only for the first. I cached the login status inside the session so now it work also with xbmc and authentication enabled. But I found two other "issues" testing xbmc:
- XBMC handle the bouquets as directories. So you can order it by name, size and date (obviously size and date are useless) and you loose your channel order. I add a configuration option to openwebif called "Smart services renaming for XBMC" and openwebif add a sequential number (as a prefix) to the service name. In this way xbmc show the services ordered.
- It doesn't zap before a stream. With one tuner is really annoying :) Looking the source code xbmc do the zap for enigma1 box and not for enigma2. Someone know why? But for this i think it should be patched the code from xbmc side.

We will have fun to patch xbmc with the next Vu+ models that will be xbmc embedded.
But at the present i am not sure that the best way to use Xbmc to stream from boxes is the webinterface,
Something like Bh tuner server that create local folders for bouquets and m3u files for channels works fine with Xbmc and it is easy to implement.

I found a very nice dreambox plugin for xbcm and its working with openwebif since skaman recent changes in the api.
Unfortunally, I wanted to stream the live-tv to a mediaplayer with dlna/ upnp service within XBMC but thats not working (channels not shown!)

@bacicciosat: Can you provide us a link or an exact name of the tool to produce .m3u files? Maybe thats a good solution to stream to my mediaplayer.

this feature have sense in bh because it embed Mediatomb server that allow the streaming of m3u files via Dlna.
So you can connect to the server box from a dlna client like another box a Pc or a Ps3 and stream your bouquets and channel lists.

I don't think that you can use it in OpenPli with MiniDlna because it seems to me that this server don't allow m3u files.
Of course you can use the tuner server abstraction via network mounting the server folder in a client via Samba/cifs or Nfs (like for example before: Pc with xbmc mount box hdd via samba and stream m3u files.

So if you really need this feature and you don't know how to generate the channel list i have to abstract code and write a plugin for it.

Please do provide, I'm searching for a script or plugin to place te streamurls in files with the channelname as filename and bouqets as subdirs so it can be placed in a shared dir on the dreambox. In that way my external upnp server can harvest it to stream it to other devices.

Sad enough my coding skills aren't that good to program it myself :(

No, think you have forgotten to config the plugin for your dreambox ip and username / password.

I think i found a problem in mobile web interface (movie list)

mobile.py

Patch:
Line 59
movies = getMovieList(request.args["dirname"][0])

should be

movies = getMovieList(self, request.args["dirname"][0])

Line 61:
movies = getMovieList()

should be
movies = getMovieList(self)

Hi,

FYI, on ET6000 the image is not apperaing in "Boxinfo" as the image "et6000.jpg" is missing.
It is enough to duplicate et5000.jpg into et6000.jpg as the boxes are the same from ouside and then it appears as the coding is already there.

Ciao

In the Bouquet section you can select streaming .. could this also be possible in the "current" section?

Hi bacicciosat, skaman and other developers,

we have plans to remove the DMM Webif form our OpenPLi images and replace it by your great OpenWebif creation.

Do you guys think yourselfs it's mature enough or are there some things you want to change / fix first?

Greetings,

Hemertje
