Zgemma drivers changed. F'd up OpenWebf too.

It has not worked since the beginning of August.

Something wrong with the name

image from July and current BackupSuite then everything is okay.

 

 

Yeah Zgemma driver changes did this not me or PLi is responsible but we're trying to fix it.

Well we should thank Zgemma for every new good thing they're doing like https://github.com/O...b4b669e430b36e4 or releasing h0 as hzero (which we didn't accept and it's h0 in Open Vision).

I was hoping https://forums.openp...enigma2-images/ would change the future but seems it's another dead end so lets fix Backup Suite for PLi shall we?

They're giving the answer in uppercase and that's the detection problem!

Guess what, Zgemma just brought another gift:

 

The new model which Zgemma is calling it "i55se" is not "i55"+"se" it's "i55plus"+"se" so it should be "i55plusse".

 

I'm chaning OV sources and like h0 which I didn't accept  "hzero" for it, now I won't accept "i55se" as it's a wrong name.

 

I don't care about their naming as they don't know how to do it.

Not yet, did a update, and now the box doesn't boot anymore. So need to flash it the old-fashioned way.

I've only tested the current develop, I don't have a release images on my test boxes at the moment.

You need to update all release feeds to use the latest rev of the master branch for Zgemma detection fix.

 

It also detects h9se, h9combose, i55se (which is i55plusse in Open Vision) but not h10se because from what I saw h10se is just a conf file without any other source available so no need for a sample model.

I don't think we're going to do BSP updates for release anymore, we're working very hard to get OpenPLi 8.0-rc out the door at the moment...
