Where to upload translations for the plugins?
The topic title is "Translations for Enigma 2: Please post them here!". Is it fine to attach those here also, or should I make a different topic for them?
Can you push these too?

just a question : what is x-fy.png ?

i think you should update all po files cause i can't find some phrases like titles (Recording Path , ... in Menu->Setup->System) and also when we do Restart GUI (the message on screen)

Recording Path is not something new. If it is not in the po file the
1- it is not converted to gettext.
or
2- it is a combination of several strings dat are not properly fed to gettext.
we've also seen gettext strings in python initilisers/class arguments that do not seem te translated.... some python issue???

normally recording path (msgid "Recording paths") as well as GUI Restart (msgid "The User Interface of your receiver is restarting") are part of the .po - and at least inside of the german .po.
Most problems can be solved simply by a closer look.

If you look inside the latest fa.po (you can find it here) then you find both strings: Recording path is already translated but translation of GUI restart is missed. So maybe you should add this one (and maybe all other missed translations, i.e. all string where you can find a blank msgstr "")
Most problems can be solved simply by a closer look.

yeah it's my own translation (87%) , it's weird that some titles won't be shown in Persian

i'll update my translation tonight

I just pushed a new set of .po files...

wanted to update pl e2 translation with recently added strings, but after taking a look at them, strted to have some doubts - seems to me that only 3 new strings (from positoner setup) are actually from the openpli enigma2 master branch (at least I can't find them anywhere in my locally generated .pot file (from cloned e2 repo))
the rest looks like deprecated strings from previous version(s) of graphical multi epg plugin (+ some kind of epg search?)
so, @mirakels, are you sure you used openpli master branch to generate updated .po files?

yes I quite sure i did it form the master tree. I pushed them from the tree they were genereated from.

But it might be usefull to get rid of de deprecated strings to start off with a clean base again.

Maybe I can find tie to do that tonight.

ok...
I was (am?) just curious why theese old /?/, eg "Event Fontsize"; "Skip Empty Services (may need restart)"etc. (re-)appeared with last .po update?
with previous (yours as well) updates no obsolete strings have been added...

ok, regenerated all .po files again and removed all obsolete strings.

Note one other reason for strings not being found in the .po file is that those strings are defined in the skin.
Some screen elements define a title, possibly overruling the default title. Such title definitions seem not to be translated...

ok, but this is not what I meant I'm afraid ;)
I'll try again:
- in this commit: http://openpli.git.s...cada523cd42bdcf
over 30 strings were added, from which only (literally;)) 3 I can identify 'where they came from' (positioner setup)...
- the rest - I am pretty sure they're not from current enigma tree (and as I wrote above - they are not present in my localy generated .pot file from up to date cloned e2 repo); many of them I associate with older/test versions of graphmultiepg plugin /?/
now we have for example:

+msgid "Round Start Time To"
+msgstr ""

+
msgid "Round start time on"
msgstr "Zaokrąglaj czas startu do"

msgid "Skip Empty Services"
msgstr "Pomijaj puste serwisy"

+msgid "Skip Empty Services (may need restart)"
+msgstr ""

+msgid "Event Fontsize"
+msgstr ""

+
msgid "Event Fontsize (relative to skin size)"
msgstr "Wielkość czcionki (w stos. do czcionki w skinie)"
etc

marked red are 99,99% obsolete...
so, something's up or it's just me?
//and sorry if I'm pain in the a** :P

see what yoiu mean. I had some left over development copies of a few plugins in the tree. Should be fixed now.
So it is not you, but can't tell if you are a pain...

this red strings are from Graph MultiEPG... but from version by awx, which was not finaly whole merged by m. But it seems, somebody using it still or will be merged whole (?), when are strings in po now :-)

Hmm... was removed...
