Hi!
I am writing the first time in this forum. I see that after the changes to the git are added many translations. Therefore, please add my Latvian language translation (100%, without fuzzy).

Hi,

I updated the finnish translation (to this discussion) 1.10. but it never got to the git. What is the status now?
Are the fixes to the original strings ready or should I still wait until making the still missing translations again?

which file?
If you want to, I can try to merge it into the current version, some messages might still be the same, and you won't have to retranslate everything.
But after that, you'll need to translate all new messages (a lot of config descriptions have been added, and need translation)

merged the file, several messages are still valid.
Others have been modified, and gettext has marked them 'fuzzy'. Could you check/correct those?
(and a lot of new messages have been added, needing translation)

Corrected double translation nl.po Standby / restart

As there are two templates generating title and Title in Pli hd skins it needs exactly same translation for this entry

otherwise you get double names in top border, when using long power press to get shutdown menu

great that we had these two different translations, or else we would never have found this bug in the skin ;)

I fixed the case inconsistency in the original message, so the faulty translation will no longer be used.

Okay...i see

I wonder whyat all there is source="Title" and source="title" in skins...seem to call for different translations
Can this be one..or has this to do something within enigma to call for specific items

I think these 'title' or 'Title' attributes correspond to fields of the widget.
So if the widget defines a 'Title' field, the skin element should use 'Title' as well. And if the widget has a 'title' field, the skin should use 'title' as well.
I've not really looked into skinning much, but I can imagine that perhaps a template exists, which defines both Title and title (at the same location), in order to be compatible with all kinds of widgets, ones which have a 'Title' field, as well as ones with a 'title' field.
(and when a widget has both, two strings get rendered)

Again, this is just a wild guess about what might be going on. Am I right?

fancontrol, networkbrowser and softcam setup locale are not in 'main' enigma2 po scope...
you have to create separate pt_BR.po for each of these plugins - sources you'll find:
http://openpli.git.s...8aef4d5;hb=HEAD (softcamsetup)
http://openpli.git.s...-enigma2;a=tree
(other plugins)
if you provide .po files here I could try (volunteered ;)) to prepare required patches...
---
and 'choose your skin' and 'choose tuner' are not translated in any language for now /?/... both are just skin text labels, hence not included in any .po
(and skinselector and satfinder plugins have no window title defined /?/)
True sarcasm doesn't need green font...
