Ideally, there is no work on the rc, only the occasional bugfix.
The problem is that that requires that develop is stable before it is branched of to rc, and is completely translated. Both are saidly not the case, I'm fighting very hard to get people to work in feature branches and make sure a feature is tested and ready before merged into develop.
When that is the case, we can work with a release schedule, and if a schedule is known, translators can work with that.
Currently we're in the situation where rc isn't stable, bugs appear when the rc is already branched off (lack of proper testing), and bugfixes being comitted into develop instead of rc (triggering two-way merges).
I just saw the remark in the commit, I see a long list of po files in that commit, I wonder if all should be reverted...
