OK, my Greek translation is already pulled in release 6.2 branch.

Will you still make pot for the develop version as well?

Yes I continue generating po and pot files for develop but since I now better understand with github they are now created in a dedicated branch. So you can pick them up from here:

Thanks Pr2 for your great job!!!

Is still possible to update and put a PR to update language in 6.2-release branch or is it frozen?

That depends  on the PR.

Ideally, language files should be up to date in develop, so they will automatically be up to date when we branch of the next RC.

Hi,

Yes but since we are not in the ideal world I think that yes you can propose language update for the Release 6.2 but please also update the develop branch.

Look at my git:

https://github.com/pr2git/enigma2

You have severals branches (now I hope with a clear name) so you can pickup the up-to-date version for it for the develop branch.

Select branch:

Technically not a problem, it just means translating two environments, as we can't backport translations. So it is in the translators interest to be up to date in develop. ;)

Thanks, I have included your suggested translation in the attached file but do you think possible to:

- translate the remaining strings (there are not that much that still need to be translated)

- review the strings that needs it.

So we can have a fully translated it.po?

An easy tools to use for this is PoEdit:

https://poedit.net/

Here is the very latest it.po for develop branch (that 3 mores strings than in yours).

In the POT file, I found this
msgctxt "Satellite configuration mode"
msgid "Mode"
msgstr ""

msgctxt "Video output mode"
msgid "Mode"
msgstr ""
My question has ripened (more precisely curiosity) why translate one word twice?

Thanks, if you use Notepad++ please search for:

#, fuzzy

Then check the translation below:

Exemple:

#, fuzzy
msgid "Allow unsupported modes"
msgstr "Non supportato"

When you are done with the translation please delete the #, fuzzy in the file.

So we will have a fully translated it file.

There are still 22 fuzzy strings to check.

Thanks,

Pr2
