Polish OpenPLI when an uptade translation?

Thanks xommit to have improved the french translation.
I have include all your changes in my file (be carefull that OpenPLi is using the --no-wrap option to generate the .po files, yours was wrapped and you also lose the indication for the Translators in your file).
So here is the good one to trunk that normally include all the xommit proposed changes (except one "vos tuners" is better than "votre tuner" because the box can have several tuners so the french text is better than the original one).
