Hi,

In Openpli 4, to see how it behaves, I have enabled the "Automatically start timeshift after" (2 seconds) option.

This is working fine, but I when pressing OK button to display the info I saw the timeshift bar on top but this remains to 0:00 I need to rewind to see the real timeshift infobar informations.

Would be nice to have the real timeshift progression pressing OK while in live transmission too, so we can see how many time we can rewind.

Regards,

Or press pause first... Then you should be able to stepskip...
There exists indeed no indication about the timeshift when you're still in live mode.

Yes it is working the fact is indeed that in live mode we have no indication, would be nice (I think) to have it if possible.

Then someone should build a function that retreive the data how long timeshift time is collected in the first place....

But b.t.w. actually I do not use timeshift much... auto timeshift is something I use never... And I think when using our standard skin when not in live mode you have all information about the timeshift file...

Hi,

I don't use it neither, but I had a discussion about it on another forum so I would like to test it myself.

I use Openpli4 with default skin (Pli-HD).

So this is not a skin problem, but when we start the normal timeshift it is all working fine the GUI is (nearly) perfect (I would still prefer to have a real life time counter instead of relative timeshift time).

But with the mentionned option the timeshift timeline remains "empty" in live mode, the fact is that it gives the feeling that the timeshift is not running properly.

Hi,

I know it's not really nice. Another fix would to hide the timeline in live mode...
I'm currently quite busy. So this has to wait. Perhaps somebody else wants to change it. Volunteers step forward! ;-)
