your IMG is fantastic, I have installed the IMG in my DM800HD, all work, but I have 1 problem.

 

When I go in main menù, system setup I have a crash of enigma.

Hi there everyone,

 

Some recent events in my private life have caused me to be unable to continue work on these images for a while.

So there will not be any new testing images for the following months..

 

As I've said before, building for so many receivers takes lots of time and effort to get it right.

Also my sources aren't top-notch since when I started this I made all kinds ugly hacks everywhere instead of doing it the proper way (a git-repo and nice bbappends) so this makes it very time consuming as I cannot properly pull in remote branches.

 

So I don't want to disappoint anyone, but it really takes a lot of time, to keep doing it like this.

 

 

The PLi developers are working hard to finish up PLi-5 so I guess it won't be long until it the public release.

Among many upgraded core components it will feature gstreamer 1.x as well

You'll love it!

And who knows if the demand is really great for non-supported receivers, I might do a proper rebrand (using a git repository) of PLi-5 (de zoveelste image gebaseerd op PLi hehe) for those who want it.

 

I'd like to thank everyone helping to test and enjoy these images,

I really loved all the positive feedback.

 

A very big "thank you" goes out to all of the developers helping me out with my basic questions, you know who you are

Another big "thank you" to ToySoft and the Japhar team for providing us with a nice feed-server and public IPTV streams for us to play with!

 

And last but not least special thanks to the PLi team for showing their appreciation !

This is the worst news ever,as your images are the best by a country mile,including Kodi,the new Gstreamer 1.xx and of course Mx3l's Serviceapp and Samsamsam's Ext3player and GSTPlayer, But I do understand your reasons,it must be terribly hard building images for all of the box types your image supports.

 

There's no way I can envisage the new PLI 5.0 image being as good,so I'm hoping you will once again start to build your images once that's released,using PLI 5.0 as their base.

 

Many,many thanks for all of your work and for giving us such an excellent image and allowing me to use my VU+ Solo2 to its full capabilities by adding Kodi. I doubt very much I will be removing your last build from my box until such time as I have to,simply because its become to old and is no longer sustainable.

Thank you everyone.

I'm not going to stop forever, just need to work out some personal issues.

It's not terribly hard, just time consuming to get all the builds and repositories right (those annoying md5 errrors and running recreate_feed all the time), as there have been demand for so many different receivers...

Remember I'm doing this by myself using my home-computer in the attic.

 

Also I have most of the fixes checked in already including mx3L's updated kodi plugin which should fix the full-HD problem (you should be thankful to him for constantly fixing it).

The only thing that I still needed todo was fixing the azbox kernel recipes and moving everything over to a bigger SSD drive.

So maybe after a few months I'll do one last release if by then OpenPLi-5 isn't released yet..

 

I just need to take a break for now

The last image for me works perfekt on my spark7111 and i didnt touch nothing for since the laste relase...


I have only one question

After i reboot or shoutdown the box my oscam needs to restart otherwise dont work.

Could it be fixed somehow?!
