Yes.  This is correct.

Reason:  Slovenian users wanted Slovenian EPG for even foreign channels.

My argument for not doing is was:  If you want to watch a German channel, you need a basic understanding of German.  So a German EPG would be acceptable.

I lost the argument, because there a plenty of channels with 3 or 4 different languages attached.

These channels are shared between the countries.

 

Solution to this problem is not the import the file containing the languages which you do not want.

 

In your case, do not import the: Slovenija - Dodatni (xz)  source.

This source contains the Slovenian EPG for these foreign channels.

 

However, you will be probably missing some Slovenian channels.

 

The there is another solution,  Use the channel_id_filter.conf file in etc/epgimport on the receiver.

XMLTV id's listed in here will not be imported.

This will skip the import of the Slovenian EPG for these channels.

 

PS:  This should work.  However if you are using an old epgimport (older than 2 years) this might not work.

(Or using an image which uses an old epgimport.)

there have been some changes of German channels on Astra 19 involving Sixx and Deutsches Musikfernsehen. Please delete

as the latter service ref is now used by DMF (Deutsches Musik Fernsehen). 'Deutsches Musikfernsehen' not only changed its sat transponder on Astra 19, it also changed its name just to the abbveviation of its former name. It is now DMF only.

 

Please add accordingly:
