Do you have this channel from IPTV?

Which service ref is assigned to it?  (in the bouquetfile)

And do you have anything in the custom.channels.xml file for this channel?

Or in any other channels file you in /etc/epgimport/ ?

Yes IPTV

The Rytec German data is imported via EPG Importer
OpenATV 7.3

I think you do not understand the problem.

For IPTV read this:  https://forums.openp...-iptv-channels/

Several options are possible to correct the problem.

But in order to guide you to the easiest solution for you. I need the service ref assigned to this channel.

The easiest way to obtain this is in OWIF.

Tune in to the channel and select "Current channel" the info is mentioned on this page.  See screenshot.

OK.  This is what I feared.  A wrong assignment.

Either by you, when you used one of the utils, or by the provider in the supplied bouquets.

Eitherway:

Unzip the attached zip file.

Check if in /etc/epgimport/ these files are present.

If not copy both files to /etc/epgimport/ on your receiver.

If one or both files are present, copy the contents if the files I supplied to the contents of the files in your receiver.

Once copied these files will work directly.  Import again, but be sure to activaie the option to clear all EPG prior to import.

Explanation:

The contents of channel_id_filter.conf will eliminate the import of the defined EPG.

The contents of custom.channels.xml will add EPG the defined service ref.

Final remark:

OpenATV uses the OE-A version of EPGimport.

I do not have OpenATV, so pls. let me know if this worked.  (There are a few differences)

Unfortunately your method didn't work, so it had no effect at all. But I myself discovered the cause. This station was once linked to 28.2 Sat using the E-Channelizer and I have now removed it.
