I can't tell atm, the only thing i know is that the stream/recording functions work with VTi, also the fast zap works perfect. Zapping is unbelievably fast :)

I can't wait to have good old PLi image installed again.///

@_HarmeN Which softcam are you using.. I tried to install cccam 2.3.0, and it shows up in the "Manage Softcams" but it seems that it doesn't pick up, the config file neither in /etc or usr/keys.

Which version of Oscam? I installed both Oscam and cccam and WEBIf crashes on me, had to reinstall.

I wonder if it has to do with installing any of those softcams.

Also when using Oscam, do you have a card inserted in CI+? Just wonder if the FD channels would work.

OH, ok. Thanks for the answer! Didn't know that. Weird that I was able to install it and it showed up in the list of available softcams.

OK. So you're using Oscam1.20 rev: 11277 (update)?

And I've noticed it doesn't install any config files. Is a "oscam.server" only needed to connect to Oscam server?

And it should be placed in "/etc/tuxbox/config/" folder.

So that would mean I have to make the folder "config" myself and put the  "oscam.server" file in there?

Probably because it is in the "all" feed, which doesn't distinguish between Mipsel and Arm at the moment...

No, it wasn't in the feed. I installed it manually.

Tsss.... Logical that it showed up then.

This is a bit like screwing a light-bulb into a lamp, and then say "weird, if I flip the switch, the light comes on"... ;)

Hehe, true. But let's say I install Oscam as softcam. Is the "oscam.server" enough to configure so it could work with my oscam server?

I don't know, this is not the Oscam configuration board, and if you have a server, you should already know how to configure it.

(if it is not YOUR server, you're into illegal activities, which you are not allowed to discuss here).

It's my server at home. I have used cccam as a client up until now. But since I can't use it on Uno 4K I have to get used to oscam as a client. I understand this is not a Oscam forum but since @_HarmeN have installed it successfully the question was pointed at him, if he could give me an easier start.

Configs should be in /etc/tuxbox/config/, if you have a server you should use the oscam.server config to add it. Something like:

[reader]
label                         = server
protocol                      = cs378x
device                        = 192.168.1.53,14001
user                          = vuuno
password                      = vuuno
keepalive                     = 1
group                         = 2
audisabled                    = 1

Vu+ Ultimo 4K (OpenPLI-9.0) :: 1x DVB-C FBC :: ZIGGO

Vu+ Ultimo 4K (OpenPLI-9.0) :: 1x DVB-C FBC + 1x DVB-S2 FBC :: ZIGGO
