Voice Delay

Hello all...
I have downloaded and installed the new image but unfortunately i have a voice delay.
I have the dm500s connected via optical on my homecinema and when the person is saying something i have some seconds of a voice delay.
I have download the image through the dm and installed it. Is there any diference from flashing it with a null cable?
Is there something i can do to fix it?
With the older image i didnt face such a problem.

Okay i have found the solution.
I have disabled the option enable fast zapping and everything seems to be fine now.

I've heard that problem before. Maybe we should disable fast zapping by default for the 500 (and 56x0).
