A new update for RC 6.2 with the new buttons system will be up this weekend after I return from a short holiday!

 

As for satellite logos, of course I could make a code to insert them. The problem is... I don't want to...

The skin is full graphic, I don't find it aesthetically appealing to add more picons, no use to that, especially since I make sure I update the satellites table regularly and actually my skin must be the only one so far that reads satellites names by range and not exact satellite position.

But anyone can make their own versions as long as they keep them for personal use.

Nice skin, I install it on my VU+ Solo4K, here are the packages that I need to install to get more information:
 
enigma2-plugin-extensions-bitrate  (and configure it as described on 1st page)
smartmontools (for hdd temperature)
hddtemp (for hdd temperature)

 

I need to go into the MCelliotG github to find the Weather plugin since the link on 1st post is dead.

In the second info screen there is a mention:  Temperature:  N/A

 

I don't know yet what I need to install to have it filled. So if anybody knows which package?

I removed MSNweather from Github as I uploaded the new version! The MEGA link works though!

Now, smartmontools and hddtemp are not needed for displaying the HDD info. If these values are supported by the receiver they will show up. Otherwise you'll get a N/A value!

maybe you don´t need two versions at all, old, new button style,I´ve just tested following

I put all key_* twice and works, seems that enigma picks the right one, no errors at all

The old version is needed for the OpenPLI 6.1 and older, not just for the buttons but for other things that were changed as well!

It will be an obsolete version as time goes by anyway!

The naming of the picon is the same as snr picons. For instance a bouquet named AFN (9.0E) should have a picon named afn90e etc.

You must upload the picons manually as in every other skin.
The picon name should be without any punctuation. For instance if you have a bouquet named CanalSat (19.2E) the picon should be named canalsat192e!

There was a change in this screen, the labels will appear once something is active in them. Did you check if they all appear with another skin?

The bitbake recipe we use, builds your skin from your github repository.

It seems to be missing a font file..

Tomorrow new update with everything guys, including a new renderer for detecting sids in channelselection and a new way of reading HDD temp without popen! Font added, thanks for letting me know!
