Let's investigate this further, because I believe I fixed this error in my last update!

Please log into telnet and give this command
hddtemp -n -q /dev/sda

Either way that's easily fixable. I was suprised hddtemp was missing from usr/sbin in F3.

Xtrend receiver also.

Maybe a matter of openpli's way of keeping image small?

In other image brands no issue.

I pushed the change to Github, since it's only one file I will not make a whole ipk just for it! https://github.com/M...GlamourExtra.py Download the file and push it to Converters folder and let me know if the problem is fixed!

Thanks for all your work. For my feeling the volume slicer is quite big, also the speaker icon. Is the size editable somewhere in the settings? (55 inch tv with Mutant HD 51)

These are graphics they cannot be user editable. At some point a plug-in would be useful to make certain skin parts customizable but I don't have the knowledge to write one, I'm not a coder. For start I will begin testing Openatv's AtileHD plug-in but I don't think it works on Pli images!

In my case it is not crashing anymore on menu info.

Only the hd info is now in all cases: HDD TEMP: N/A

Still in case of openpli i have to install opkg install hddtemp.

If i want to show the hdd temperature and not a continuous N/A at this position.

But that's ok with me. Thanks!

In order to have the HDD temp showing the HDD needs to report the temperature.

To check this you must log into your receiver with telnet and give the command

hddtemp -n -q /dev/sda

what does it return?

root@et9x00:~# hddtemp -n -q /dev/sda
-sh: hddtemp: not found

hddtemp as a module appears not to be onboard in the openpli system.

So you can't make a request from it.

In OpenPLi nothing is installed that isn't needed. So if the skin requires it, it needs to define the package as a dependency in the control file (if an ipk) or in the recipe (if a source repository).
