In order to add generic machine configuration for KI Plus (S905), KII Pro (S905), KI Pro (S905D) and KIII ProI (S912), I have tried to create an s905.conf file which is available here:

Moreover, I have also tried to clone other necessary files here:

In addition to those, I want to use following files (dvb drivers and device tree files) in the build:

Can you look at all these and help me in adding these to your meta-amlogic (if possible)?

K1 Plus (s905) - Android 5.1

K1 Pro ((s905d) - Android 7.1

"old" K2 Pro (s905) - Android 5.1

"new" K2 Pro (s905d) - Android 7.1

K3 Pro (s912) - Android 7.1

 

Then, I see: boot.ini

With lcd we work, what with ftp & dm900 wrong, I do not know. I add screenshot with my dm920 after todays update.

update dm920/dm900 hardware drivers:

- bcm45208/45308x: longer tune timeouts for low symbol rate transponders

- fixed possible demux deadlock in combination with a fbc tuner and dm920

- fixed possible race condition on open/close audio/video encoder from different processes

Still I don't get it when there is no dvb driver for these boxes what are you going to do with enigma2? You can't watch dvb-t or dvb-s ...

Can't we use these drivers? These are dvb drivers for tuner Avl-6862 and are working very well in LibreELEC:

It is catch 22 situation.

There is no Enigma2 for these devices, why should anyone bother with Enigma2 drivers?

for all amlogic box need e2procfs and nimdetec opensource driver. The problem not based kernel.
I will add mecool K series meta. If I have time.but no dvb support.

just tested a while ago.

installed on sdcard successfull.

1st boot ok no problem.

remote working perfect but response little bit slow.

scanning ok..only tested fta .

nasatv hd on 13  east working.

but nasauhd 4k no picture.sound coming.

but best experience so far is  that wp2 did not hang by showing spinner.

very smooth so far..

now  big testing will begin when i will check ac3 sound .

but 1st i have to find proper emu.

great work takitr so far.

ac3 sound problem remain present on 13 east hd chanells.

no sound with ac3..only mpeg sound.

what a pitty.

there are lot of experts here in th forum.

can anyone find a solution for this problem plz?

Please test FTP on dm900
Instead of new flash, user can try this:

init 4
opkg update && opkg upgrade
opkg install vsftp --force-reinstall
reboot && exit

No need for this for users with working FTP
Server has vsftp with more patches and init files.
Freon, what you say? If it now works, you have to thank Beeker. 

Also new things are coming....soon.
