Solo4K was stuck at around 5.30 when I turned it on around 15.30. All programmed timers via EPG was deleted.

Cant believe that my Xtrend ET8000 is still Rocking on RC-7.1 even with a USB tuner.

PiP has some stutters though. Recordings are fine.

Many thanks Colin

On DUO 4K, sometimes, it is necessary to reboot because the sound is bad on TNT channels. After a reboot it's work fine.

If you mean "choppy" audio, that is a known driver bug. Has been there from the beginning, and not fixed yet. A zap usually fixes it.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Changes in subtitles? After installing 7.1 RC, the subtitling has changed for me. I don't know how to explain, but on Norwegian channels the subtitles that's not from TTV is missing, and if I go through menus and add Norwegian subtitling, it's not the "original" text, but the TTV text that shows up. Known problem?

Not as far I know... there is a Tiny change that avoids you set two times the same language which was possible before (bug)... but you should be able to set Norwegian setting for subtitels in auto language. It could also be (in your settings) the an unintended subtitle ‘track’ is cached.

It has nothing to with the 7.1rc. It's an issue that has always been there and difficult to reproduce (and therefore difficult to fix). It happens with "live" subtitling where continuously words are added to the existing line. At some point, very rarely, the begin of the line is never erased.

I think it has. I tested again with 7.0 and dvb subs are working ok. In 7.1rc each subline waits for next line.

Here no issues with graphical DVB subtitles on 7.1-RC... Regarding subtitles also nothing is changed between 7.0 and 7.1

I tried it in develop and it seems, subtitles are on screen to next subtitle or next cca 10 seconds ... It is weird and wrong. And yes, there is commited change in subtitle.cpp for develop and 7.1rc too.

I have very few channels with subtitles. Try f.eg. your Animal planet (23.5E) and Dutch DVB subtitles.

For me, I notice it on NRK 1 + 2 + 3. Maybe more too, but haven't searched.

Confirmed, problem is in this patch. For one box I builded it without this patche - no problem with subtitles on same service (simultaneously tried on second box pluged to PC monitor).

The.I’m afraid we need to revert it (also for release)... comment it as beside improve something it also breaks something...’graphical dvb subs do have rare deviate things between providers...

I think the idea is good, but it shouldn't be applied to just all DVB subs, only that need it (and how to find out...?)
