It seems that the @Malwurf was here only for this post however, the no key assigned which he saw in the top right corner is an indicator that the keyboard itself worked but the tested plugin didn't had the  required key in keymap.xml

Hello

I  have  VU+ Dual Band Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter in Vu+Uno4kse

I installed openpli 7.2 in drivers arent any drivers with rtl8812au

I found  feedsopenpluses

and installed manually but it dosen't work 
can somebody help me??

they definitely exist.

but driver is change to 8812au 
 
I have found kernel-module-8812au
 
as  WanWizard writ.
 
I installed it and it works fin
 
opkg install kernel-module-8812au

I am also looking for the driver for this stick on openpli. So if somebody knows where I can find the RTL8811au.ipk or rtl8812au.ipk driver for a Vu+ Uno 4K SE on openpli 7.2 please let me know.

@homerun i have attached that driver, it is compiled under OpenPli 7.2, ah you have Uno4K it is compiled for Solo4K, sorry

@serdeliuk just out of curiousity, this is not an IPK file but a TAR file. How would I install that on my Vu+.

@homerun the tar.gz it is a compressed file almost a like a zip file, decompress that and you will find some ipk files, chose the one for your kernel and install with opkg, please use the last tar.gz which is for your vu+

@wanwizard, I couldn't find anything on my Vu+ Uno 4k SE. Could you go a bit more in detail where I than should look ?

Kernel drivers are not plugins, so you don't find them in the plugin download section.

 

And we haven't made meta packages yet, our first goal is to make sure all drivers are available for all boxes. Otherwise you install a meta package (like other images do), but your device still doesn't work because the package is empty if the driver does not exist. Not very end-user friendly. I've planned to include those in OpenPLi 8.

 

In the GUI, you can find drivers in software management, advanced options, package management. Or you install it via the commandline, using opkg.
