I did a scan and a new EPGImport after (with the" clear EPG.dat" option enabled).
For all the scanned channels i have only EIT EPG.

OK as I state you need to set ignore the sub-network in the name space DVB-S to enable (your is disable) and then you won't have problem.
Here is the service reference that I have for Canal+ : 1:0:19:2261:438:1:C00000:0:0:0: (which is the one used in Rytec)

This namespace is certainly the problem:
C0AEEC
Why some receivers scan this, is a mystery for me.
The subnetwerk setting could be the problem.
Although I have tested this on my own receiver (mutant HD2400) and the result were all :C00000: in the namespace.
Where does it come from?
What receiver are you using and which image is on there?

There is an option to ignore the sub network in namespace for DVB-S and he disable it in its configuration (why I don't know). The default is to have it enable to fix this kind of problem.
So with this enable (default) we will just have the orbital position (C0 in hexa means 192 in base10 which mean 19.2°E) in the namespace so C0 0000 while he scan with this disable the sub network is set so it is: C0 AEEC

For the moment, just do nothing, that update is incomplete. There is an updated build in the making.

Hello,
I've come across a strange issue. I flashed OpenPLi into a Vu+ Zero v2 and name resolution does not work out of the box, with my router at least. When I set a 3rd party DNS like google, it works fine. This router has no issues with Windows10, Android, iOS and MacOS machines, only with this box.
Maybe its OS is issuing odd DNS requests that the router doesn't like? It's an ISP supplied Compal CH7465LG-LC modem. When flashing another image like OpenATV, the same box works fine. I did cat /etc/resolv.conf and it has the correct nameserver entry.

Never seen that before. We use the standard resolver from OE, like I assume OE-A images do too...

OK, there is definitely something wrong with this router. It seems the only reason the rest of the devices work on the network is because name resolution works over the router's IPv6 DNS server. Since OpenPLi does not pick up IPv6 DNS by default, name resolution fails over IPv4.
Posted 15 September 2021 - 15:28
If you use SLAAC for IPv6, the box needs rdnssd to pick up the IPv6 DNS being broadcasted, which isn't available at the moment.

I have an issue when running timeshift and switching off the receiver.
If I am on catchup in the middle of a programme and turn off the receiver I am not able to turn on the receiver again.
I need to use the power switch on the backside for restart.
