Can you also check the media files (avi/mp4//mkvmp3...)?

gst libav was integrated into the build and this should have fixed the media handling problems.

Kodi 19.4 still does not work at all with giga blue trio 4k, try to integrate Kodi 20 nexus which is even if the beta version works better on Open atv 7.1

For Kodi, it just takes one more look.
So a look from another side.
Let's see if Andrea Adami can take a look at it.

From my point of view we need to patch the build of dbus.

Maybe just try to take over the bbappend from the OE Alliance.

The error in Kodi only indicates a Dbus problem.

Perhaps one can test it locally with the appropriate box.

Tested with gbtrio4k.

After rebuild with bbappend (without inherit upx) and force re-install dbus-1, dbus-common and dbus-tools, still error.

Black screen for a few seconds, that's it.

Try this file to Webkithbbtv.

/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/WebkitHbbTV/aitreader.py

Remove file after E2 restart.
