Which box doesnt have logo?
The majority? There are a handful of logo's in the logo directory, while we build for 110+ different boxes.
But I'd say remove it, don't secretly attempt to make it a christmas tree again...
Well i know it is many boxes out there. so in general for most of them will be the general logo like "Octagon" for all octagon models.
Regarding the christmas tree see the previous comment...

It takes some getting used to, every innovation is something you have to get used to and ultimately offers progress...
I fully agree, apart of the used colors in the GMEPG.
I prefer to leave the colors as they are in the above screen.
The colors that you use in the GMEPG plugin are much to bland. At least in my opinion.
As far as I’ve tested I really like the skin.
So in the latest version there is the same graphics that are in standart PLi skin for those wanting to use graphics mode on PLi.

As far I can see in the code the service ref is rebuild once from scratch. Then you cannot have the channel number. You have to keep the orriginal. Maybe other images slow stuff down to rescan for the number within a bouquet again.

With this fix the channel info is visible again, b.t.w. it shows the channelname and the number....maybe that's set by setting an option in the setup menu's...?

Dont give such a qualifications as "bad" and "unneeded". I have decided to include it and it is there. Some people like it some not. For some people is good thing. For others not. Its purely subjective. People that not want it or not like it should not use the skin
Why am I not entited to my opinion, but you are?
I know what box I have, I don't need to be reminded by a skin puting it into my face every time I touch a button.

Thats why i said is too subjective. Bad and unneeded for some Good and useful for others.
But when we speaking about that things it is the same with openpli logo in default skin.... Its shown everywhere in the menu screens. And i know what image i have installed

At least as far as i remember i didnt use the default skin from long time ago

Fortunately I build my own images, so I can easlly patch it out when I run a build, same with adapting certain colours ( altough I think I prefer your muted pastel colours over the current bright ones ).

The ChannelSelection screen still needs small adjustments.... At the bottom it does not properly fit and you see for example g's (in Ziggo) and y's (Discovery) that are cut at the bottom. I'm afraid per line we need more space and/or just a smaller font.

Furthermore it is extreme nice to see so many channels in the list and it is still readable....
It seems the page numbers at the subtitles are kind of cut off... Below with the current standard skin vs. this one. The leading '8's are missing....

page numers => PIDs, it hasn't got anything to do with a page ( even though some providers use 888 as the pid for txt subs ).
And some whitespace would be welcome in that channel list, for my old eyes that is virtually unreadable.

You forgot to mention the picons in the list, I can't imagine why you should activate that option.....I hate that kind of christmas tree looks (has nothing to do with the skin itself )

It is indeed configurable.... and a lot of people have them 'on'... even the satellite/cable/terestical icons and the encrypted icon and the whole x-mass trees..... 
... But this is not related to this skin. This is indeed fully configurable...

For the channel list... well the space depends on that how many items you have per page. That is also configurable. Including the font sizes.
In general i keep 16 items per page. But it is user dependent. And he can configure it in the way he/she want.
Indeed the problem in cutting of characters is that there is not enough space. if you put 30 items per page it will be no cutting i think.
For subtitles screen...Yes i agree the box resrved for that pids is not enough. have to be extended.

That is also configurable -> Not fully try. We have this configurable indeed but the setting has also a 'defined by skin's' value, which is our default.... So please re-arrange this....
The channelinfo screen can be wider as some things do not fit... like a text on the blue button and it just fits on the general screen of it... but does not look nice.
