Hi guys, on my older Mipsel receiver with 256 mb flash running OpenPli 4 there is no serviceapp in the feed. Can someone say how to install via telnet? Thank you

There is almost no space for that serviceapp. I tried to install it on my old solo2 and it failed. But i was with openpli 8

Well it's working on OpenPli 8 on my box. But I need OpenPli 4 because of subtitles only working on that image with that kernel..
So I know it is working but don't know what commands to try to install or ipk file for older Openpli 4

What subtitles?

Dvb subtitles on some channels on 16e package A1 I think. It's optibox evo HD receiver. But its great this old unofficial pli4 just would like to know commqnds to install service app on older image

Well serviceapp, gstreamer is not designed to handle dvb subtitles at all...
Sat channels are not processed via serviceapp or gstreamer at all

Well serviceapp, gstreamer is not designed to handle dvb subtitles at all...

I know, subtitles work, im doing this to be able to play some web channels through exteplayer3. I just said i cant' have another image on this box cause dvb subtitles dont work on newer kernels. I dont know why is that but im ok with this old image and box. Its for my mom, I have uclan ustym 4k and its great, will buy some like that for sure when this stops working.

To ignore dependency errors, pass the --force-depends flag.
or try other options

It's only for Optibox Evo HD receiver, it's an old receiver 750mhz and image is unofficial.. I mean it's not the point. Thanks mrvica will try that �
