Sir, I apologize for uploading the picture before unicable ll lnb was programmed in my previous message.

**I talked to the person who programmed unicable lnb, the picture of lnb unicable ll dynamically programmed is attached.

**We have a different situation, I did not add your settings xml message to the current open pli 9.0 version image.

**The person who programmed the lnb insists that it is a device-related problem, but says he did the lnb test.

I have said to you several times, do not change the unicable.xml file. Just use the one that comes in the image.

 

Please describe the current hardware setup. Draw a picture. Do not mention/describe the past. We want to know what we are configuring now.  Post a screenshot of the tuner configuration of the duo 2 tuner that is connected to the LNB.

Why are you attaching XML file. Forget it. Please just use the file that comes with the official image. Do not change anything on the unicable.xml file.

Your last description and pictures showed that you have a twin "tuner card" in "tuner slot" A. These are tuners A and B. You had said/showed there was only signal to tuner A.

You had a single "tuner card" in "tuner slot" B. This is tuner C. You had said/showed that there is no wire to it.

You said you had a wire in tuner A. (Top on connection of tuner card in tuner slot A). You said there were no other wires to the duo 2. This means only tuner A should be configured. Leave the other tuners as "not configured" until you get splitters. Best you get one tuner working correctly first.

Tuner configuration must match the hardware connected to each tuner.

***-In the tuner configuration here, scr starts at 0 - ub1-1210, I see such examples in my reviews.

***-There is also a matrix setting, but I cannot see the LNB type in the matrix.

Your image is cut off. It does not show the whole page, only part of it. Please compare to my screenshot. You can take a screenshot by Ctrl and printscreen, or shift, windows and S 

I have the same LNB (although not connected)  and I can assure that it works as I described.

Yes, they programmed my LNB in ​​dynamic mode like this.
-I told the friend who programmed the lnb (nova-group) to receive the signal on Turksat frequencies, they programmed it as in the picture in your picture.

You are saying opposite things. You can either have it in dynamic mode, where you can receive any frequency. Or you can restrict it to specific frequencies, this is static mode.


If your dish/lnb is pointed at 42e, you can only receive 42e. There is no need to limit frequencies.

Please ensure LNB is in dynamic mode, not static mode.

Sorry, I am out of ideas. There is obviously a language barrier which is not helping. You are posting conflicting/contradictory information. Your "screenshots" are pictures and they only show part of the screen.

Please ask the person programming the LNB to contact inverto and seek help to program the LNB back to factory defaults. It should then work.
