OpenPLI 6.2 - Vu Duo2 - Diseq not working anymore

18 May 2018 - 12:08

Hi. After upgrading to OpenPLI 6.2, the Duo2 does not communicate with the Spaun 4:1 diseq at all. It's totally gone. Seems like it's not giving power to the diseq. Error shows "nothing is connected". Even it is and nothing is changed other than upgrading to 6.2. It was working fine just until the upgrading where done. Do I have to do a fresh 6.2 install? Or is it any other solution I can try? Or may this be a bug in 6.2? I have tested with new transponder list and reset diseqsettings in enigma2/settings. But nothing helps...

Problems with plugins

20 December 2017 - 13:31

I'm using OpenPLI 6.0 in my VU+ Duo2. (BTW big thank you for making the best image!) Since long time ago I have checked through the Firmware Upgrade addon now and then to look for updates (and to see if it works), and there is an update there for the VFD controller. Downloading goes fine, but when it's going to update, it says: Error #2, no such file or directory exists. But the files is there. Tried different folders, USB etc. Downloaded from VU as well and tried offline upgrade. But same error. Bug? How to fix?

And I have been testing the Fan Controller 2 plugin, and want to uninstall it. It disappears from the plugin menu, but it's still there. The fan is going exactly as I configured it in the plugin. So how can I completely uninstall it?

Thank you for helping.

Problems with diseqc 4:1

4 November 2017 - 10:49

I have an VU Duo2 with 3 tuners and 4 LNB's. Only one tuner is connected to the diseqc. A Spaun SAR 411 WSG 4:1. I have never had any problems with this before, but (I think) since I started using PLI 6.0 (always updating) this has been an issue.

If I connect the tuners directly to the LNB's, everything works perfect. Tested every tuner and every LNB. I even bought a brand new Spaun diseqc because it was old and I guessed it had done it's  job. But, I was wrong. The new one is exactly the same. The tuner connected to the diseqc can't find any signal at all. Maybe a bug in PLI 6.0? Or any suggestions? By the way, the diseqc tests all failed also. I've tried both manual settings and auto settings, they all fail. Thanks in advance.
