#1500750 Build oscam with S3 on Duo4k

I try again and it works now. I use virtualBox and i install LUBUNTU.

The important way is to have the S3.TUP plugin installed (v0.23.6) with S3.

After it is necessary to install the toolchain vuplus4k (very long ). It take 2 hours on my old computer. And after that, to choose the toolchain libraries (LIBUSB,..).

Then you can build oscam without errors. I test and it works. :)
