So, the drivers do matter and the ones that are in non-OFW are not as good...


When I first startet to run e2 on my UFS 910 PQ was even worse than todays e2. PQ was just terrible and completely inacceptable for me. After a while they (AAF-Team) were able to improve PQ significantly and since then I used e2 on the 910. But still no comparison and not even close to the excellent PQ of Original OS/drivers.

Thanks MiLo. I'm already running ext4 without journal and with writeback activated but fine,I will try and test with expanded demux buffer to 4MB first. If I still get freezers, then I go back to ext2 with the ext2 driver (I know I have to reinstall it first) in fstab. A lot of users reported that using ext2 fixed it all and they are recording freezer-free.

Wenn hier aber weiterhin so auf Dreamboxen geschimpft werden, dann solltet ihr doch gleich den Support für Dreamboxen einstellen


Das PLi Team kann nichts dafür, dass ich hier meine Meinung schreibe. Die sehen das eventuell auch entspannter.

Nur, wenn hier die Plugin-Primadonnen, die nur für einen Hersteller programmieren auftauchen und heulen dass ihre Lizenzen von PLi nicht geachtet werden, hätte ich als PLi keinen Bock auf deren restrektiven Plugins.

Ansonsten nix für ungut! :)

Was ist ein fremder Receiver? Seltsame und an Lächerlichkeit nicht zu überbietende Sichtweise, wenn man alle Receiver außer Dream als "Fremdreceiver" sieht.

Meines Erachtens sollten hier nur freie OpenSource Plugins in den Feeds angeboten werden, egal welche Box.

Dieses Fanboygewäsch mit den Fremdreceivern geht mir schon lange auf den Zeiger!

Manche Leute stören sich an jeder Banalität. Die Pinguine dürfen bleiben. Meine Frau mag die nicht mehr missen! :D
