my parents updated their Amiko Viper 4k combo over the air: now the decoder boots, they see the splash screen of openpli 7.3, then they see the crash screen where WeatherPlugin.MSNWeather is missing (it's an importError). My parents are not nerd, they never deleted plugins so I don't know why after upgrade that plugin is missing.
How can I help them to fix this problem? Is there a generic image I can try to install using the usb firmware upgrade procedure to fix the boot loop? I tried on Amiko website but my model is not listed ...
Any help?
