Hello al I have a Dm7000 and would like some info.

On my box :
Open Pli img: OpenPLi-beta-dm7000-20120517-256.img
I have it installed on a 2G Compact Flash (Gemini 4.7 with multiboot Flashwizzard pro on the dm7000)

I like to mount encrypted (loop device aes and blowfish encrypted) EXT2 partitions and if possible play divx/xvid files (on the drambox with pc off!).

Mounting an unencrypted ext2 partition fails usb stick with 2 partitions 1=vfat 2=ext2 :

mount: Mounting /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part2 on /var/mnt/usb2 failed: Invalid argument

I think there are missing files to mount ext2 are they somewhere?? ( I have little to no experience compiling things)

root@dm7000 /media # modprobe cryptoloop
modprobe: could not parse modules.dep
How to correct this ?

Think playing xvid/divx must be done with software decode i think, is the power pc in the dm7000 able to do that?
An compiled version of vlc on the dm7000 would be great is there one (i do not mean the stream server or client )?

Is it posible to use an usb keyboard on the usb port of the DM7000 , if yes how to enable it??

Are there development files for on the DM7000 ??
it would be great to be able to compile on the dreambox itself, i know it needs more space but i have free space on the flash.

If there is a Swap Partition on a usb HDD why can't i select it as option in the swap setup menu to use it .
Does creating a Swap partiton create on the internal HDD work?

There is a problem with at least low band of 28E (no idea is it is hardware or softrare as it is in gemini  2.)
If i try switching from high band to low band then i get no lock. (switch to astra1 and back to the low band channel and the cannel works).
Going on low band at least from H to V i loose lock (switch to astra1 and back clears channel).
Result of this No lowband channels found on satscan (example bbc1 on 10774H22000 4/6).
This could be only my system but i don't think so as all channel list from internet i have seen don't seem to have the cannels.
Hope this helps to find and fix it.

PS When using MgCamd_1.38 (and V1.35a) the encryption icon is not turning green on decode and "error message"
With CCcam the icon is green but with "error message"
This is not a problem for me as i set on "Hide error windows" and decoding is working great!
