Its normal because of samsung tv's have no licence for dolby vision 

You have a film including DOLBY VISION (DOVI) color palette.

Unfortunately;  Samsung has never bought dolby vision licence for a long time.

You see blue color as green in dv or dovi film.

I suppose You have to reinstall original pli image to fix that and Its boring 

Regarding the channel list look...

I did not know more c++ language exam for that look.So I tried many combination

Guys could someone please help me with this: I want to make the channel selection "cursor" be 'solid' not transparent /or not so transparent. Is it possible?!

This 'selection line' is transparent while everything else is quite 'solid color' can I change something in skinxml to achieve that?! IMG_20221223.jpg

You can change transparent hex code to solid hex code into the selection line.

Transparent codes usually starts with "ff" in skin.xml file.
