But I guess you can only translate what is in the po file...
Weekly sounds fine. I guess wen can create a check if po files haven been changed and only commit when something is changed...

This commit messed up Slovenian language. Alot of new translations that were added few weeks ago are lost now!

thats to bad and strange. the po generator should keep all current translations. it may be strings that arenot there anymore or strings that were changed during translation. anyway they should still be there in a commented form (e.g ~ characters in front of them) .

Just check diff. Many strings were just deleted :o. I will prepare new patch but if this happens again, stop doing it or revert commit.

May be, you are translated older .po file ? There were strings for some plugins etc... Then was created new .po without all this addons, but this addons was not added into all plugin :(

just checked, looks to me, that all strings you think that were 'removed' probably still are there, but as 'fuzzy' (commented with ~),
open sl.po with any text editor and you'll see...
these strings are from the different than enigma2 'scope' /?/ and because of that they have been commented during po update (script that generates enigma2 .po files just work that way...)
from what I see, these removed ones are just /manually added/ strings from different enigma2-plugins, which have (or should have ;)) own separate locale

In any event, unnecessary work. It was first including plugins, translated, then, after some time, removed...

yeah, tell me about it ;)
OTOH, separate translations for each plugin is much more flexible solution, you can translate the same original string (which appears in different plugins or in a plugin and main enigma2 po) in different ways - adjusting it to fit the specific context...

I agree, a lot of additional work.

Ok, back to original problem. These strings were remove from sl.po file:

-msgid "%d second"
-msgid_plural "%d sekund"
-msgstr[0] "%d sekunda"
-msgstr[1] "%d sekundi"
-msgstr[2] "%d sekund"

-msgid "%d Second"
-msgid_plural "%d sekund"
-msgstr[0] "%d sekunda"
-msgstr[1] "%d sekundi"
-msgstr[2] "%d sekund"

-msgid "%d minute"
-msgid_plural "%d minut"
-msgstr[0] "%d minuta"
-msgstr[1] "%d minuti"
-msgstr[2] "%d minut"

-msgid "%d Minute"
-msgid_plural "%d Minut"
-msgstr[0] "%d Minuta"
-msgstr[1] "%d Minuti"
-msgstr[2] "%d Minut"

-msgid "%d hour"
-msgid_plural "%d ur"
-msgstr[0] "%d ura"
-msgstr[1] "%d uri"
-msgstr[2] "%d ur"

Why? Dont they belong to main sl.po language file?

They are not removed. They are just in a different place.

well, why do you think they were removed?
I can see them in sl.po...
//they just have been moved (po is sorted alphabetically...)

oops, @Sjaaky was faster ;)

I dont know, if plural def. string can be divided to 2 lines

+"Plural-Forms: nplurals=3; plural=n==1 ? 0 : n%10>=2 && n%10<=2 && (n%100<10 "
+"|| n%100>=20) ? 1 : 2;\n"

Try put it back to one line, what happends.
