I have a rolling backup with AFB for 2 weeks. Excellent. Thank you.
But I just noticed this extra 0kb file in the backup folders. All I know is that its more than 2 weeks old

Hello Dimitrij,
Unfortunately, at version 5.8 of the Git, the restore does not work anymore, at least for the VU boxes!
Restore does not start!
Please help!

Got this picture in the simulation.
then overwrite the folder armv7l with the old one from 5.7 and the restore will work again. it should actually be broken ofgwite file in 5.8.
Can I safely replace the folder armv7l with the ofgwrite files with those from 5.7, or are those in 5.8 new versions of ofgwrite?

it was enough to replace the ofgwrite from the old 5.7 then the simulation runs through withgwrite v3.9.8
I left the ofgwirite_bin and ofgwrite_test unchanged

this version of 5.8 now works on my VU-Solo4K I've just changed the ofgwrite,

Sorry, but with version 6.0 no kernel_auto.bin is created on Vu-boxes,
so restoring does not work from the backups created with 6.0, the old backups of 5.9 can be restored.

Thanks, version 6.1 creates again the "kernel_auto.bin" therefore the restoration works again as always!
A little thing I noticed but may not be important.
with 6.1 is the "kernel_auto.bin" again about 16 MB as well as before 5.9.
with 5.9 it was only 4 MB. (according to Annex) Restores worked but with 5.9 synonymous with no visible problems so with the 4MB file
