OT:

...about PIP: Entropic boxes like Octagon SF2028 and Next Machina can display in MultiPiP till 16 live channel windows at the same time.
I made today a video to show how MultiPiP concretely looks like :)

Not, SF2028 is a close source OS. But Octagon have currently in development high-end Linux models with triple and quad tuner support.

The problem is that if the external pip on(enabled) and setting is stored, the receiver falls into a stupor if reenable standart pip.

Committed.... but still i think a call to self.__ should not be done... then it is better to create an extra function that is also called from self.__.... but that is my meaning and finally cosmetic.

And now I also confirmed the freezes with ET9K when you move the PiP to the Scart... this has issues in PiPZap mode and with normal mode it functions as expected...

Possibly we should suggest to disable this option when we are in PiPZap mode....

A lot of PiPZap stuff has been improved now..... ;)

I have a question, when you have said that a lot of pip staff has been improved

Do you mean that with openpli 4.0 is now able to execute the external PIP smoothly

External PIP works very badly.

Receiver just hangs when switching channels, always.

So no improvments in terms of PIP even using PLI 4.0
