Other users have the same problem, sometimes after booting the box it is not able to tune. Around  08.2014 / 09.2014 the drivers for et4000 have been updated. Could you please rollback? 

 

 

 

Upgrading et-dvb-modules-et4x00 from 3.8.7+20130522-r0 to 3.8.7+20130807-r0 on root.

Have you tryed to perform a full satellite scan with network scan enabled to see if problem remains.

no, I made no full scan because after rebooting it worked again.

et4000 drivers were updated along with kernel

now my "tune failed"errors are back (before I used drivers from 05/2013)

 

restart enigma or reboot does not help

solution today: shutdown to deep standby ==> reboot
