- Added new converter GlamourTuners, only the available installed tuners will now show

GLAMOUR AURA FHD skin v.F.04 (Finalized) for OpenPLI/SDG images update 22/12/2018

Glamour Aura FHD skin has entered its finalized stage, the new release is completely revamped with a multitude of changes.

- Reworked NextEvents, now only title will scroll when does not fit

- Added PrimeTime indication in channelselection


- Added support for T2MI, PLP ID display

- Reworked on infobar icons and rearrangements

- Added support for Color Curve (HDR, SDR etc) with icons on the infobar and on the mediaplayer
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: The icons will appear ONLY on receivers and images that support this feature

- Added more CPUs display on Second Infobar (they will appear if available)


- Added RusCrypt icon and more CA systems detection
 
- Added AudioSync screen

Your skin look amazing!

There is unfortunately one big problem for me. My box, dreambox dm 8000PVR, is not powerful enough so therefore  I had to ask: Is there a light version of the Glamour Aura FHD skin?

I am mostly interested of getting infobars with  all your info about sound like DD5.1 which resolution, bitrate and so on.

Unfortunately not, I could make a lighter version but it takes lots of time I don't have.

Besides, even if the graphics were not full resolution, I don't think it would still work well on an older CPU, as the amount of info that is called all at once is maybe too much to handle.

That's generally the problem on older hardware, it becomes obsolete and insufficient for newer software. Could you run Windows 10 on a Pentium II with no problems for instance?

 

On the other hand, I had some reports that the skin works well on DM8000, which honestly took me by surprise! Did you try it btw?

Yes, I have tried, but it did not work, I never got the picture from the tv-channel only the info bars. Maybe something went wrong. I will try again and see if it will work this time.

It's mostly the sound info I'm interested in. Also the audio and video bitrate, SNR, AGC and BER is interesting. I want to see and be sure if I'm having DD5.1 or DD2.x when it normally shows the Dolby Digital icon.  Dolby Digital can be anything from DD1.0 (mono) to DD7.1.

hi after transfer  Glanour Aura FHD skin to my VU+Solo2 by DCC (Tools/IPKG Packages) i did not find at Setup/system/GUI Setting/Skin.

Can you show me way to find and change this skin on my VU+Solo2?

You need to set the user mode to Expert in order to make the skin selector visible! After that select your desired installed skin and you're good to go!

Thank you, the skin is constantly updated on my github and I publish standalone ipks when there are bigger changes.

 

BTW, I see that my skin does not work as it should on SF8008. Not my skin's issue, but the driver has a problem with png transparency and blend.
