Issue found and fixed in develop, fixed will be ready for 8.0-release.

Great news! When Pli 8.0 Release will be publicated?

@DJWeed

As soon as it is available in our download section. ;)

How about a New Year present. That would be nice too? Isn't it?

But this no promise. ;)

@Frenske - ohhh cmon, this is christmas time, it could be great christmas gift  ;)

There are only 24 hours in a day, and two hands on my body.

Like 9 women delivering a baby in 1 month, some things simply can not be sped up... ;)

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Mounting with Cifs or NFS?

I have no issues mounting my Synology NAS nor my Qnap NAS. Did you try to mount this after having flashed without restoring a backup? If yes, try to mount again after having flashed without that previous backup. I flash several times a week with different hardware and so far hardly ever noticed issues like this. Certainly not with NFS.

The antique network browser code doesn't support CIFS / WSD, only old SMBv1 systems (i.e. servers with NetBIOS still active). You'll have to create the mount by hand.

Remove the hostname.

You enter either an IP address, or a hostname ( = DNS name ), and if a hostname is entered, the IP address is no longer used. And your hostname is not a DNS name.

I deleted the hostname leaving it blank ... but it still doesn't see it
