Sometimes there is a crash sometines no crash.

Please show crash log.

Can somebody try Kodi, Chromium and Youtube TV on Ultimo 4K? When i try to start them i get black screen for 2-3 seconds and then return to last viewed channel. I've tried fresh installation of OpenPLi 8rc, and the plugins were installed from the feed.

Continued problem between the FBC tuners on newer VU + receivers. Ex. It does not work when recording one or two TV channels, while simultaneous watching a TV channel. Picture goes black and no recording.

I am using a SCR Unicable system.

We have several members that own a new Vu+ 4K receiver with the possibility to receive different satellites simultaneously. I never heard / noticed any complaints from either of them. Might it be possible that your satellite configuration is not ok?

Please first look for a topic with an equal subject and post your dish + satellite configuration overthere.

I such a topic doesn’t exist please post a topic with a subject like ‘FBC tuners + Unicable lnb’s don’t work with OpenPLi 8’. I suspect that this issue already was present in 7.3 too.

In channels list or channels groups (favourites list) you can in Menu activate the option to move the selected item in the list, to organize your list..

Ok.

Use option  "Enable move mode" or "Enable bouquet edit"?

This looks like an OpenPLi 7 error, related to the EPG reader crashes. This should be fixed in OpenPLi 8.

Can somebody try Kodi

Kodi works fine on OpenPLi 8, including the Netflix and Amazon plugins. See the 9.0-rc topic.

hello to all, I cannot get sound on kodi 18.9. I have been able to get right video making a selection of resolution, I got blinking red screen before... I dont know what it has been, resolution, interlacing... but now I dont get the sound, never, before the video fix, and now... maybe there is some package to install, I dont find anything. I fix the sound parameters as lots of guides appears on internet

PD: I found the best is put this config file on /etc

The new 8.0 runs good on my VU+ Ultimo 4K iám not a big plugin user but i tested the weather plugin and it runs good. plus i put in my settingslist with E-channelizer and my setting were on the box in seconds. I also use Oscam and this work also good. Streaming to my laptop with VLC player was also no problem. So long story short NO problems found.
