Storyline absent again for some movies... Storyline is present in browser. I guess they really don't like scraping... Or they watch this topic...

Apparently the Storyline is fetched through AJAX when it is not in the page already. Getting the page with curl still seems to work. Sooo, headers changed to the ones curl uses, except for the poster image, because Amazon doesn't like curl

It turns out Amazon likes curl just fine... unless given a wrong host header... 
So, last fix for now (I hope): #774 Remove "host" header

Today I saw some titles with missing Storylines again. Maybe pretending to be curl isn't enough anymore. Otoh, I saw one of these titles in the browser also with missing Storyline, and after a refresh with Storyline. Let's hope it's just a temporary glitch.

IMDb changed something again. Slowness and missing user review fixed. And some more:
- Fix slowness and missing user review
- Merge python2 and python3 versions
- Change back from urllib(2) to twisted web
I'm not sure on which branch(es) I should PR. master? python3? both?

To python3 branch.
Code can be python3, no need to make it compatible with python2.
For the -slowness and user review fix-, you can create PR for master branch (python2 and fixes only).
Dreambox dm920, Uclan Ustym4Kpro, Gigablue UHD TRIO 4K and Dreambox dm8000. Wavefrontier T55 13.0|19.2|23.5|28.2 + Ziggo.
