Witam

Wyjmij moduł, a następnie włóż go z powrotem.

I see lcd4linux is correctly reinstalled during the restore, and the config is also restored without issue. That can be checked by starting lcd4linux in the plugin menu. OWIF access also works fine.

But nothing on the display.

If you have 8.3 and a working LCD at the moment, could you login and tell me the output of

ls -l /dev/lc*

?

Ok! I will do that tomorrow!

Ok. I'll leave the Duo2 out of the box for now then ;).

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Ok. So that is not the problem. Maybe something broke inside lcd4linux, I'm afraid I can't help with that.

FYI: On VU+ Duo2 boxes, LCD4Linux needs png-util for the internal display.

Is that new, or was that already the case in 8.3-release? Because it did work there.

I'm just flashing a develop image on my box, will test that in a minute.

There is no such thing as png-util in the feed?

I don't know if there even exists a Python3 compatible png-util.

The build recipe was added, but since it isn't added as a DEPENDS anywhere, it isn't build. Looking into it now.

png-util is required for VU+ Duo2 boxes only. It was installed manually back in PLi 8.3 where needed. I suggest not to add to DEPENDS.

Ok. Currently it isn't build at all, also not for VU Duo2, so you can't install it.

I'll try to find a way to add it to the build for the Duo2 only.

I have two problems after flash to 9.0 on my VuDuo2!

First, the Clock on LCD.window does not show up (black screen)

Second, LCD4Linux setting in Webif does not work for me

"Error 404: Not found The requested page doesn't exist", it says in my web browsers (Safari and Brave)

I have reflashed twice and the same result both times

The LCD4Linux plugin works as what I can see!

lcd4linux should work now, affter a software update and a reboot.

I can't confirm any web interface issues, the lcd4linux page works fine here, on the Duo2.

One more problem after flashed with 9.0

I have flashed my Ultimo4K with OpenPLi 9.0 and after that Jedi Maker doesn´t work for me

I recieved the answer "Server not responding" when trying to update playlist.

It also says that I have wrong URL or not authorized to use the playlist!

When backing to OpenPLi 8.3 and with the same playlists.txt (and other settings) everything works as normal!

Anyone know what went wrong?

I am using the latest update of Jedi Maker

regards

What is the output of

cat /etc/resolv.conf

could be a DNS issue.

You could try to set up the DNS settings manually.

I have google dns and when backing to 8.3 with same settings it works!
