there is a little problem with Cocy when it cannot detect the IP of the box automatically. When everything in the image on the box is OK then it should not happen. I noticed it once or twice when I only restarted Enigma2 but with a complete boot I never had the problem.

 

When you have a fixed IP for your box you can edit ssdp.py enter enter your IP there.

if you want to use plugins from other sources get the OE 1.6 version because they also use old Python 2.6. New images PLi >=3 use Python 2.7. I think Python 2.7 was first included in 3.x.

 

But because the correct Python version is used by a plugin it still does not mean that it works.

gstreamer has problems with certain versions of DTS. There was a post that is might be if the bitrate is >759KBit but there was a quick answer then that it is not the reason. I also have problems with one DTS mkv which is >759KBit.

Why crazy? When you are not watching who cares about the popup? When you are watching you have the possibility to cancel the timer.

Think about that. You are watching TV and suddenly the box went to sleep without notice. I would not like that.

you also need a lamedb with all channel included you need. Search for settings with all sats you need and look if there is a lamedb included.
