Yes.

 

The HD11 image is afaik not release ready, and there is no hardware available yet to test. I think the model is planned for sometime towards the end of the year.

Hd51 yes. But as already written in other thread it's not so easy. Ofgwrite needs root.tar.bz2 which cannot be flashed via USB stick. For USB flashing you need disk image which is not easy to build.
Wetek afaik not supported. I don't have that box and don't know how it works. I only heard that flashing works totally different on that box.

Schade, dass es keine ipk mehr gibt in dem alle Abhängigkeiten bzw. Komponenten (ofgwrite.bin, zip.bin und was sonst noch alles benötigt wird) vorhanden sind, aber ich habe es verstanden es soll bei anderen Image nicht verwendbar sein, schade, habe jetzt einige Zeit versucht meine Solo 4K so wie ich es möchte einzurichten mit OpenPli, ist mir leider nicht vollständig gelungen und bin daher zu VTI zurück, naja muss ich eben auf die volle Funktion von automatic fullbackup in Zukunft verzichten, wenigstens funktioniert das tägliche automatische Backup, aber das Rücksichern mit ofgwrite bring ich einfach nicht hin, vermutlich fehlen beim VTI doch mehr Komponenten.

 

Danke trotzdem allen die mir weiterhelfen wollten !!

With autoinstall restore settings you do not need a full backup actually...

(I do jot mean a full backup is helpfull...)

Too bad that it no longer exists in the ipk any dependencies or components (ofgwrite.bin, zip.bin and whatever else is required) are available, but I understood it should not be used in another image, too bad, now have some time tried my solo 4K as I want to set up with OpenPLi is me not completely successful and am therefore returned to VTI, well, I just have to abstain from the full functioning of automatic full backup, at least does the daily automatic backup, Restore operations with ofgwrite I'll just not go, probably missing the VTI but more components.

Are you sure the formuler 3 won't install without this file? I didn't have until now any complaints about it.

in the folder created formuler3 three kernel.bin file, and noforce rootfs.bin imageversion but in another folder screen here, we have to throw your hands in imageversion suitable location for installing the imagе ....

But this is only the case when you make a backup onto HDD, if you make a backup onto USB there will also be made a copy directly in the receivers folder with the file imageversion so ready to flash.

I don't think I will changes this, the folder on HDD can be used to flash online from within the Backupsuite with ofgwrite and the USB version does contain the file in the right folder.

So choose the option "Backup -> USB" and the image is ready to restore, if you choose to make a backup onto HDD then you can restore that version by the blue button.

If have no intention at the moment to change this behaviour/method

Hi

A friend of mine recently purchased the Edision Os mini Combo.  I was very impressed with it, so decided to buy one for myself.  Recently this receiver has been superseded by the Edision Os mini+.  After doing some research I decided to purchase the Edision Os mini+.

 

After installing the latest version of Openpli 4, I could not get a LAN or Wifi internet connection.  I re-flashed with (16/09/16) build & all went well.  The only problem I have is that I cannot use the backupsuite Plugin.  It reports No Supported Receiver Found, Image Creation Failed, Execution finished !  Yet the backupsuite Plugin works flawlessly on the previous model, Edision Os mini Combo.  Just wondered if anyone else had come across this or is there a workaround or possible fix in the pipeline.

I will try to add the mini+ tonight. I wasn't aware that there was (already) a new model supported by Openpli.

When it is added I will post it here
