The Teletext button is here :
But this is not working for me either... I think I will try a full clean install, 'cause I'm starting to think that maybe I did something wrong the first time...

Well I've done a full clean installation. And the conclusion is that this is definitly an OpenPLi related problem...
Here is what I've done :
First, I've formatted my hard drive and installed the latest original VU+DUO2 firmware just to get rid of the horrible VTI initial boot logo that could not been removed otherway.
Just to be sure, I've checked this firmware and the remote control is working perfectly with it : using numbers is OK and typing the letters when pushing the same button repeatitly is OK too.
Then I've downloaded the latest OpenPLi for VU+DUO2 and installed it. I've checked (just after the installation without changing anything in the configuration menu) : The remote control is not working as expected... Just numbers, no letters at all...
This is a really annoying problem, I'v checked in other message boards and this issue is well known by some new VU+DUO2 owners wich are using other firmwares because of this...

Net alles weer opnieuw geflasht, nog steeds green screen bij LCD4linux support.
Dus LCD4linux, volledige herstart is ok, daarna de VU+ LCD4linuxsupport uit de feed en weer mis.

Just flashed everything again, still a green screen with LCD4linux support.
So, LCD4linux, ok after a full restart, after that the VU+ LCD4linuxsupport from the feed, and wrong again.

I had this exact problem : But after my full re-installation from scratch, everything is working fine (except of course the remote problem : still no text).
But before the installation, I dit format my HDD, wich I think is important because if it contains previous OpenPLi backup, it will be used by the new installation to reinstall plugins, services, and many option. This feature of OpenPLi is cool but as my HDD previously came from my Clarke-Tech ET9000 I though this could be what might has caused this problem. May be it wasn't but just in case, I formatted it though.
Anyway the fact is that now, I can reboot without any crash and LCD4Linux is working fine too.

I was using the OpenPLi-4.0-beta-vuduo2-20130831_usb.zip firmware.
I just updated with today's package OpenPLi-4.0-beta-vuduo2-20130901_usb.zip and now it is not working again ! The screen is showing the VU+ logo no matter what I change in the LCD4Linux configuration menu and it crashes everytime I try to reboot.
That sucks...
