[help] Problem with USB serial

Hi.

 

I have a usb serial adapter in my dm800se (openpli4) and don't recognize (red line). PL2303 is OK

Using dmesg, I have this informations:

 

[76950.282000] pl2303 ttyUSB0: pl2303 converter now disconnected from ttyUSB0                     (pl2303)
[76950.289000] pl2303 3-2:1.0: device disconnected
[76956.749000] usb 3-2: new full-speed USB device number 3 using ohci-brcm                           (ch340)

Using windows (hardware ID), I have this informations (attachment):

Edit sorry I miss read, it is always better to first check which chipset is supported before purchasing such kind of adaptor.
