It depends on which moveplayer.so you take. The one in cdkroot is unstripped and larger (861 kB) and the one in cdkflash is stripped and smaller (85 kB). So, take the one in the directory cdkflash.Ok. Thanks.
I compiled image from source as writen here http://openpli.pli-i...tEnvironmentCDK
but size of movieplayer.so is around 800 kilo-bytes (size of downloaded movieplayer.so from dream menu is around 80 kilo-bytes )
What is the correct size of movieplayer.so ?

has nothing to do with software.xml. like i said online_update doesn't work.! not a BIG issue since no new images will be released!
