The discussion about clones is not relevant.
We don't have those boxes, nor the desire to have them.
We don't control the changes that have been made to the OpenPLi source to have it run on such a box. And we don't have any contact with the driver developers so we can act if we find something wrong.
As with any piece of Open Source software, anyone is entitled to fork our repositories and release "their" version. A lot of images are based on OpenPLi these days. We don't have a problem with that, on the contrary, we support this. But all these images have their own identity, and support their own user base.
What we absolutely do NOT agree with, is someone releasing the result of this fork as an official OpenPLi image, and sending the users of his fork to our forum for support!
We have more than enough experience with unsupported boxes, and time and time again, reported issues turn out to be driver or hardware inconsistencies. We DO NOT want to waste our time investigating those reports, we prefer to spend that time developing features for the users of our images.

Install the XMLTV importer from the plugins list.
After installation you'll find it under menu/plugins and under the blue button.
Start it, configure it, press the sources button (don't know the color, I thought blue), select SKY UK, save your selection, press Yellow to start a manual import, and press Green to save your settings.

Info is off by one hour. Best thing to do is to erase the epg data tonight, so tommorow morning's import will fix things...

I saw a similar report from a 5620 owner in the dutch section yesterday so perhaps it's an image issue. Unfortunately, nobody in the team has a working E1 box anymore, which makes testing difficult.
For a 7000, DreamUp is the only alternative.

Gemiddeld zitten wij daar ook wel aan. 
Het PLi team bestaat sinds 2004, dus we zijn al even bezig. En voorlopig niet van plan om op te houden, in tegendeel, ik heb de laatste maand, nu we "los" zijn dan DMM, meer development gezien dan in de twee jaar daarvoor.

Well, you probably can, but chances are you'll brick your box as our images contain drivers made by DMM, and they will refuse to run on clone hardware.

If there is a known issue with the nightly builds, the box will warn you about it and will ask for a confirmation if you still want to update.
We will activate this mechanism as soon as issues are reported, so if you don't want to update to a non-working situation, don't do it early in the morning (GMT), and check here first.

Why do you need to run CrossEPG? Anything that can do, an OpenPLi image can do too...

DMM has stopped with open source support, so nothing that they will develop (if any) will find it's way into OpenPLi.
As long as the drivers they make will work in an open source image, the image will support the DMM products.
There hasn't been any real innovation from DMM for years, in contrast to the continuous efforts of VU and CT/ET. The 7020HD is too little, too late, and overpriced.
Imho DMM is dead, but they haven't realised it yet...

Het gaat bij de beruchte "backdoor" over outbound verkeer, dus je box zou spontaan contact opnemen met een server van M7.Volgens mij heeft een brute force poortscan naar je tuner meer effect dan gaan loggen wat voor verkeer er naar je box gaat.
Inkomend lijkt me minder relevant, zelfs de routers die je gratis bij een pond suiker krijgt blokkeren inkomende stromen (al was het alleen maar omdat ze aan NAT doen, en er dus niks adresseerbaars achter te vinden is).

Outbound loggen ?
Ik doe netwerken en security sinds 1984, ga er maar vanuit dat ik weet hoe ik netwerk verkeer moet loggen.
Er staat hier dus ook geen goedkoop huis-, tuin en keukenroutertje die een allow-all outbound heeft, maar een echte firewall met een default deny-all op alle interfaces. En daar staat nu een log entry op voor alle pakketten die op de firewall aankomen en afkomstig zijn van mijn STB's. Dat horen er nul te zijn, want ik share niks, en heb ook niet open staan van- of naar de box toe. Alle communicatie is intern.
En het zijn er ook nul (als ik even de ssh sessies vanaf mijn laptop er uit filter, want mijn wifi zit op een andere firewall interface dan mijn LAN).

Ik heb al vanaf de eerste melding een firewall log meelopen op alle uitgaande CCcam verkeer. En tot op heden 0 pakketten voorbij zien komen...

The ones with the ! are newly detected.
There's a option to remove those in the menu (can't remember exactly what it was), old ones you have to remove manually (or remove the entire list and do a scan, but I assume you don't want that).
